Founder and Lead Psychometrist
Odilia Celestino is a registered Independent Psychometrist (HPCSA PMT 0095923) and the founder of Celestino Psychometric Solutions, with a proven track record of providing evidence-based psychometric assessments and talent solutions since 2019. With extensive experience across corporate, educational, and medico-legal sectors, Odilia combines scientific rigour with a personalised approach to help organisations, learners, and individuals unlock potential, make informed decisions, and thrive.
Odilia’s academic foundation is both broad and deep: she holds a BSc in Human Physiology and Psychology (University of the Witwatersrand, 2014), an Honours in Applied Psychology (UNISA, 2016), and a BPsych Equivalent in Psychometrics (University of Johannesburg, 2018). Following her studies, she completed her psychometrics internship at Telesure Investment Holding, where she ran approximately 30 assessments daily. She successfully passed the HPCSA board examination, establishing her as a qualified and competent practitioner.
In addition to her psychometric expertise, Odilia is certified in HIV & AIDS Counselling (UNISA, 2017) and Inclusion Strategies for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (UNISA, 2019), which enables her to provide inclusive and supportive assessments across diverse populations. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate (PGCE) in Senior and FET Phase Education and is a qualified educator registered with SACE. Her professional memberships with the HPCSA, Association of Arbitrators (AoA) (Southern Africa), South African Medico-legal Association (SAMLA), TIRA-SA, and HeartMath South Africa reflect her commitment to ethical standards, continuous professional development, and innovation in psychological practice.
Beyond her professional work, Odilia is passionate about volunteer initiatives and community engagement. She has dedicated her time to supporting children and families through organisations such as Children of Fire (where she learnt to type in Braille), Teddy Bear Clinic, OWL Day Care Centre, and SADAG, contributing to the well-being, education, and mental health of people. Through these experiences, Odilia has shown a strong sense of social responsibility, compassion, and a dedication to making a meaningful impact in her community.
At the heart of her practice, Odilia believes that psychometrics is more than testing—it is a tool to unlock potential, support growth, and create meaningful impact for individuals, teams, and organisations.

Susan Smith – Associate Psychometrist
Susan Smith is a highly skilled Psychometrist with a postgraduate degree in Psychology and a specialised focus on human behaviour in the workplace. With years of hands-on experience, Susan brings a deep understanding of how individual differences, leadership styles, and organisational dynamics influence overall performance, productivity, and employee wellbeing.
At Celestino Psychometric Solutions, Susan’s approach is rooted in ethical practice, scientific integrity, and Best Practice Methodology. She is committed to delivering accurate, meaningful insights that help businesses make informed people decisions—whether in recruitment, employee development, or leadership assessment.
Having worked across diverse industries and organisational levels, Susan has extensive experience supporting both public and private sector clients, locally and internationally. Her global perspective and strategic mindset allow her to tailor psychometric interventions that align with each organisation’s culture, values, and performance goals.
Susan is also an active committee member of People Assessments in Industry (PAI), a specialised psychometry division within SIOPSA (Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa). Her involvement in this group reflects her commitment to advancing ethical and professional standards in psychometric assessment practices across South Africa.

Nadia Omidosu - Associate Psychologist
Nadia Omidosu is a registered Educational Psychologist based in Centurion, holding a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Zululand. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and brings extensive experience from her background as a registered psychometrist, with over eight years of expertise in psychological, educational, and psycho-legal assessments.At Celestino Psychometric Solutions, Nadia conducts comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and psychotherapy for children (ages 2+), adolescents, adults, and families. She specialises in helping clients navigate emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges using evidence-based approaches, including Play Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
She also provides career guidance, study-method support, and school-related assessments, including placement, subject choice, and accommodation evaluations. Nadia works closely with the psychometry team to ensure a holistic, accurate, and ethical approach to all medico-legal and psycho-legal assessments.
As the sign-off authority on all Educational Psychology reports at Celestino Psychometric Solutions, Nadia ensures that every report adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice. Passionate about empowering individuals, she supports clients in building self-understanding, resilience, and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
